Meet Ondi
FOUNDEr OF PULSE PILATES
Ondi Hozian is a Second Generation Pilates Master Teacher, trained through Lolita San Miguel’s Pilates Master Mentorship Program. She brings a deep understanding of the human body and a thoughtful, individualized approach to every session she teaches.
Ondi began her Pilates journey in 2004, earning her comprehensive certification under Elizabeth Jones-Boswell, B.S., M.Ed., and teaching alongside Amber Butler at Precision Pilates of Spokane. While continuing to teach, she pursued a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, completed in 2009. Her medical career included work in reconstructive and cardiothoracic surgery, as well as obesity and functional medicine. Throughout this time, Pilates remained a constant—both a personal practice and a passion she continued to share with others.
After the birth of her second child, Ondi stepped away from clinical medicine to return fully to teaching movement. She continued her advanced training under the mentorship of Pilates elder Lolita San Miguel and now teaches at Club Greenwood in Greenwood Village, Colorado, where she also leads Lolita’s Legacy Pilates Teacher Training Program. In 2023, she founded Pulse Pilates, a fully equipped home studio offering private and virtual sessions. Her work blends medical insight with mindful movement, helping clients feel strong, confident, and connected in their bodies.
Ondi’s philosophy is simple and powerful: Movement is medicine.
